AP Eventos y Mobiliario started in Cuernavaca in 2011 as a furniture rental business. Fifteen years later we still rent our own pieces, and we also plan complete events for clients who want everything handled. Every project is built to measure, by a small team under Patricia's personal direction.

With 1.80 m (about 6 ft) round tables, which seat ten, you need ten tables. If you prefer a long banquet table (mesa imperial), the math goes by length: 100 guests call for about 30 linear meters, roughly 100 feet. Add the head table according to its size, and subtract the seats of small children if they will have their own area.
At the table, about 60 cm (24 in) of width per person. On the floor plan, allow aisles of at least 1.20 m (4 ft) between tables, plus separate room for the dance floor, the bar and the lounge.
Neither is better than the other: round tables help conversation and service; the long banquet table favors the look and long rooms. Mixing both, tied together by the linens, is the most common solution at large weddings.
Seats for 30 to 40% of your guests. People move between the table, the dance floor and the lounge, so you do not need one lounge seat per person.
In a garden, wood wins: the Wishbone, light wood with a woven seat, and the rustic Crossback. Both work outdoors and photograph well from any angle.
Outdoor pieces — treated wood, synthetic fibers, structures that do not stain with water — and a covered plan B settled with your venue before you sign: who provides it, how long it takes to set up, and what moves if it starts to rain.
